Year end spectacular! It is Festivus (for the rest of us), and it’s time to air some grievances before Jon, Dan, and Kevin go over their best experiences of 2012. It’s time for an EFFECTive MASSive DAY of THE MOON!
Dan introduces to Lightening Round. Many games, not much time to respond. How Will Jon and Kevin respond? With awesomeness! Game on! Also, some recent games and talk of what is to come. More than anything, Dan, Jon, and Kevin prepare for the end of 2012. Next week will be awesome, but this week sets the pace.
P.S. If this intro feels disjuncture, forgive me. I love the Seahawks, and the game is on and awesome right now. Go Russell Wilson!
Jon and Kevin feel a little overwhelmed when confronted with Dan…and Dan…and Dan! Oh my! Sit tight as E3, the 360, and some Assassin’s Creed 3 spoilers come down. That, and Kevin learns the true meaning of Christmas when Jon brings his Wii back to life.
Have you ever wondered what life was like inside of the Infinite Lives Podcast studio? No? What about if Scott Bakula was the star of Assassin’s Creed? Yes? You’re now interested, aren’t you? Well, then you are in luck. Also, join as as Kevin, for the first time, faces the wonderful world of post-production.
Jon, Dan, and Kevin reunite for the first ever Infinite Lives Podcast #7. While the trio make some progress in their goal of moving towards the games and consoles of the early 2000’s, some strange and disturbing detours may show up thanks to one of the most disgusting and twisted games ever presented; The Sims.
The Infinite Lives Podcast crew is joined by our special guest, Dan H. With an extra Dan on hand, we delve into the ending of the Playstation and N-64 era and start to look into the next generation with some talk of PS2 and Gamecube and a little bit of the origins of MMORPGs. It all ends with a debate on how Square Enix failed our generation.
Have you ever wondered about life. I mean if Albert Einstein was so damned awesome, why didn’t he travel back in time and defeat Hitler? If game pirates were so cool, why don’t they form their own labels as publishers? If Tim Schafer is so amazing (and he is), why doesn’t he grant us our Christmas wishes as Santa Claus? If we can go beyond so many obstacles in life, why can’t we go Beyond The Beyond? Well, maybe Jon, Dan, and Kevin can find out. It’s time that life stops being a question of what if and life becomes about going to the (Saga) Frontier. Sit down, hold on, and get ready for the longest Infinite Lives Podcast yet. Like all of life, Mark Hamill is involved (in a mention). Let’s rock this shit!
